Sodhi in year 2017 when I was working as a middle management professional of an Indian Multinational Public Limited company of Central India. Whilst I was reasonably positioned professionally, things had become harder as I was climbing up the ladder. In 2019 my son lost his job & was very depressed & frustrated since not getting another one. It worked very correctly as per time period given by him & my son is well placed in his job now in Pune.
